Ildi Busy Bee was started as a hobby, 25 years ago, when I realise how important it is to have something healthy and delicious, so that you can feel good about eating it!
From that day my mission was simple: I wanted create something different making sure that people could enjoy tasting sweets without feeling guilty about it.
So I began experimenting with healthier and freshest ingredients using traditional baking methods and as many bio and organic products as possible.
I know that everyone is different, which inspired me to bring my receipts known to others and spread the word about the amazing things that can be done with food, especially when it's made with passion.
I am proud to say that all of our cakes are hand-made by me, ILDIKO TUDOSE using the best quality ingredients available, including organic flour and real fruit juices,
and I strongly believe that the best desserts have always been made with passion
